of Artificial Intelligence
In very simple terms Artificial Intelligence (AI) is defined as: A branch of computer science dealing with the
simulation of intelligent behavior in computers or the capability of a machine
to imitate intelligent human behavior. Some others explained it as virtual reality, augmented reality and 3D printing.
Some more simple definitions of AI are: an area of computer science that
deals with giving machines the ability to seem like they have human

Digital India is a campaign launched by the Indian Government
to ensure that all government services are available to citizens electronically
via improved online infrastructure and increased internet connectivity. The
campaign also aims tomake the country digitally empowered in the field of
technology. The initiative includes plans to connect rural areas
with high-speed internet networks. Launched on 1 July 2015 by
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, it is both the enabler and beneficiary of other
key government schemes, such as ‘Make in India’, ‘Start up India’ and ‘Stand up
India.’
